Students will depart the U.S. the day prior to the program start date. Students will book flights independently with a UWL Group Code under Fox World Travel. Students on faculty-led programs are required by UW System mandate to book flights through Fox World Travel (students can use airline miles). Students can depart from the airport of their choosing, with popular airport departures through MSP and ORD with arrival at the London Heathrow Airport. Students should consult with their faculty leaders regarding any travel plans outside of the program dates as faculty leaders will prefer all students arrive on the same day within an arrival window.
