Program Description:
Hansung University is full of instructive classroom lectures combined with hands-on activities in which students can learn the genuine aspect of Korea, having fun, building life-long friendship with fellow students from all over the world.  Language of Instruction is English (All classes including Korean Language and Cultural Activities).  UWL and Hansung University are exchange partners and are able to offer this unique experience as part of our exchange agreement.

Students participating in a semester or academic year must
apply for a D-2 visa. Do not apply for a visa until having received
an Acceptance Letter and a Certificate of Admission from Hansung

Students who are interested in studying abroad, but do not meet eligibility
requirements, are encouraged to make an appointment with a study abroad
advisor. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
*Students need to first start the UWL study abroad application process. Students can ONLY start the Hansung University application process after our office nominates students. 
** UWL doesn't arrange student visas. Students are required to independently arrange for their student visa and need to be aware that this is a time sensitive requirement that will include an additional out-of-pocket cost. For more information visit Travel.State.Gov.

Students will pay ONLY UWL resident tuition while abroad, even if the student is currently paying out-of-state tuition. Students need to be enrolled full-time with a minimum of 12 credits hours. Please refer to the Budget Sheet at the top of this online brochure for more information.
